I think that it is very important to set new year's resolutions for your oral health. I know that I need to work on flossing more regularly and consistently. Going to the dentist for your check ups is also very important to do faithfully. Thanks for sharing this information!

I have a goal to floss everyday. My dentist is always telling me how important it is to floss. I don't want to have problems with my gums.

My New Year's resolution is to see the dentist regularly. I am so busy that I usually don't remember to schedule an appointment for several years I haven't had a cleaning since 2012. I bet I have several cavities.

My kids and I were making new years resolutions. They weren't sure what to write down, so I suggested that they put something about brushing their everyday without being asked. They weren't too sure about it, but I hope that they make that goal. It would make my life much easier.

Well, one of my new years resolution is have a monthly visit to my mcallen dentist. I don't want to feel severe toothache that I have experience last year because of impacted tooth.
ReplyDeleteOne of my new year’s resolution is to keep my teeth healthy. I just had my veneers, for an even color to my teeth and also replaced the old crown by Dr. David Silberman of Shorttermbraces, Texas. Now, I do have a beautiful smile on this new year.
